Title Examiner/Abstractor
We are looking for an experienced title examiner/abstractor for our Columbus office at Easton Town Center. The primary job functions are to examine independent abstractor’s search notes and documents, prepare title commitments therefrom, and communicate with underwriting counsel and escrow staff. Experience with commercial transactions or experience abstracting/searching at a courthouse would be a real plus. Experienced searchers/abstractors could have a dual role of both abstracting and preparing title commitments.

Salesperson for Columbus market
We are looking to find a highly-motivated, diligent salesperson to work out of our Easton office. Title insurance sales experience is not required, but general sales experience is desired. We have a proven sales system that can be followed, and a successful salesperson is highly organized, efficient, friendly, intelligent, and has a positive can-do attitude. Pay is base plus commission, plus mileage, plus benefits.

Escrow Processor at Easton office
We are seeking a escrow file processor for our Columbus office at Easton, who will assist our Escrow Officers prepare real estate transactions for closing. Duties include communicating with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders, setting up files, title clearing, and preparing documents for closing. We would like someone that is charismatic and detail oriented.
