Jonathan Holfinger, Esq.
President
Jonathan received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2002 and maintains a transactional practice of real estate law in addition to managing operations for Arrow Title. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and is a member of the ABA's Real Property, Probate & Trust Section. As President of Arrow Title, he has joined the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Land Title Association, and is an active member of several local realty associations. He is Arrow Title's licensed title insurance agent and in-house legal counsel and he prides himself on being involved as much as possible in all aspects of the services provided by Arrow Title.
Leah Breakey
Title Processor & Production Officer
Leah has been with Arrow Title since its inception and has handled all aspects of the title transaction throughout her tenure. She has 11 years of combined experience in the mortgage and title industries, which include working as a secretary, processor, and senior processor for a mortgage broker for 4 years. Leah coordinates the processing of the title files up to closing and also doubles as our title production and title clearing officer.
Cappy Poole
Closing & Escrow Officer
Cappy serves as Arrow's Closing Officer with responsibilities including managing HUD preparations, closings, fundings and disbursements. She has 14 years of title experience, having previously worked for years in a growth-oriented title firm in Wisconsin, and then a prominent central Ohio title agency. Cappy's experience, knowledge and expertise allow her to work in all aspects of the title process from start to finish, taking care of her clients throughout the whole transaction.
Amy Hochwalt
Processor and Marketing Officer
Amy serves as Arrow's first point of contact for both title orders and for marketing services. She manages many different aspects of processing our files in addition to her expertise in creating and producing marketing materials for our clients such as property profiles, postcards, and data lists.
Jesse Coppel
Sales Representative & Closer
Jesse acts an account representative and closing officer for Arrow Title. Recently Jesse earned his law degree from Capital University Law School, bringing a solid legal foundation to his work, as well as his practical experience working in the title industry and closing title transactions. Jesse is pursuing a career in both law and title insurance.
Chris Moore
Sales Representative & Closer
Chris is our sales/ marketing representative and closing officer for our operations in Southern Ohio, spanning the counties of Ross, Pike, Fayette, Highland, Adams, Scioto, Lawrence, Jackson, Gallia, and Vinton. He operates out of our offices in Waverly and Chillicothe. Chris offers a background as a licensed property, casualty, and life insurance agent as well as his experience in running his own business for seven years.
Laurie LaRock
Marketing Services Director
Laurie joined Arrow Title in June of 2008 and brings with her a wealth of experience as an Ohio licensed real estate agent. She manages our marketing service products, helping Arrow to serve the marketing needs of our realtor and lender clients. Laurie has a background in marketing and has use that to expand the scope of our services to better assist our clients.
