Arrow Title's Jonathan Holfinger will be presenting continuing education for real estate agents on May 23rd @ 12pm at LaRosa's in Jackson, Ohio. The topics of the classes will be Real Estate Contracts and Ttitle Insurance Overview. Lunch at LaRosa's will be included and classes will begin sharply at 1:00pm. A warm welcome to Jonathan Hicks, the newest addition to our team. Jonathan joins Arrow's Title Department as a Title Processor. He has 8 years experience in the real estate industry working as a title abstractor for mineral rights and as a landman. He will be working out of our Easton Town Center branch.

Ohio has changed the regulated fees for Closing Protection Coverage as of today. CPC is now $55 for a Seller, $40 for a lender, or $40 for a Buyer without a lender's CPC, or $20 if issued simultaneously to a lender's CPC. Call us at 614-423-4660 for more information.
